It is important that all customers thoroughly read the Terms and Conditions set by Milenika shoes before purchasing any goods. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions at the checkout point you are agreeing to the correspondence outlined within the Milenika shoes Terms and Conditions.
Milenika shoes reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes made will be effective once published on the website.

Once you have selected an item of your choice, add it to your basket. You will then be directed to the checkout point where you can see an overview of your basket. Once you are happy with your choice you can proceed to the checkout.
In order to complete your order you will need to select you’re payment method and shipping address.
Payment for goods is to be made in full and to be processed by PayPal, or direct bank transfer.
We do not accept cash or cheque payments for online orders.
As soon as we have received your order you will receive an order confirmation which will be sent to the email address provided.
Before an order can be accepted we must receive the payment for the goods in full, Once your payment has been accepted and we have checked the availability of the stock you will receive a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided. At this point we have agreed to a contract with you.
The colours shown on our website may vary depending on a range of factors including your computer screen and display settings.
Sizes and measurements are an approximate only.
All goods are subject to availability which means we may not be able to supply your order until we have checked our stocks
Delivery timings are estimates only
We aim to deliver your chosen pair of shoes to the place and person of your choice, in the shortest possible time (we do not dispatch at weekends or bank holidays). Most orders will be dispatched within 3 days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or item are out of stock. Delivery time is diferent and it is depending on destination. Delivers are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
We can only deliver to the address provided at the checkout
If for any reason the goods are lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to inform us within 14 days.
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination if you are ordering outside the EU and US import duties / taxes and additional shipping cost might be charged, please check with your local tax authorities for more information.
• Unsuitable items may be returned or exchanged within 2 weeks of receiving your original order
• Postal costs for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
•You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Milenika shoes. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
• Any returns received with courier/postal labels stuck directly on them will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.
•Shoes must be tried on indoors
• Products must be unworn with shoe taps and original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment. Items that have any sign of use or wear will be returned to the client.
• Exchanges for another size and/or color in the same style of shoe will depend upon in-stock availability.
• Price differences in exchanges for products with a higher retail price must be paid by Paypal or direct bank transfer including all necessary information along with your exchange item.
• Price differences in exchanges for products with a lower retail price will be applied to a store credit, which shall never expire.
• All returns will be accepted and processed within 5 business days of delivery and refunded only via the original form of payment. Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.
• If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser’s credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs.
We provide a 6-month warranty on all of our products against manufacturing faults. If there is a problem with the goods please contact us at email@example.com to discuss the matter further.
No claim for faulty goods can be made if any of the following applies: damage caused deliberately or negligence, improper use or careless maintenance, normal wear and tear, damage caused by not following the cleaning/care instructions.
