Terms and conditions of use

DELIVERY & COST

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in the shortest possible time (we do not dispatch at weekends or bank holidays). Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock. If the item is anvailable we will make one special for you.

 Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

 

RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • Unsuitable items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of our dispatch date.
  • Postal costs for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Products must be unworn with shoe taps and original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment. Items that have any sign of use or wear will be returned to the client.
  • Exchanges for another size in the same style of shoe will depend upon in-stock availability.
  • Price differences in exchanges for products with a higher retail price must be paid by customer.
  • Price differences in exchanges for products with a lower retail price or in case or return of the product will be applied to a store credit, which shall never expire.
  • Return the item to the company address you can find on your invoice, keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
  • All returns will be accepted and processed within 5 business days. Refunds/store credits or exchange  will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.
  • If you wish to receive store credit we will re-credit the original purchaser's sum paied less the postal costs.

PAYMENT

  • Payment for goods is to be made by credit or debit card, pay pal of direct bank transfer and will be processed in EURO
  •          We do not accept cash or cheque payments for online orders.

OWNERSHIP

  •          Goods remain the property of Milenika shoes until payment has been received in full.
